On the Preferences Options is "Animate Auto Moves". I have disabled this but still every turn the computer shows me every unit doing their Auto move. That wouldn't be that bad except they show every unit consecutively (not concurrently) so it takes several minutes of watching the computer move all of my units one by one (especially when I have tons of workers on Auto).
I love this game but I can't keep playing where it takes several minutes every turn just to watch all of my units move one by one. This is not the same problem of several minutes BETWEEN turns waiting for the AI rivals to play (I fixed that problem by playing on Standard Map with 8 civs as was suggested thankfully by Firaxis Dan).
This problem is DURING MY turn. I tried to fix this by doing "End Turn" just before the computer would show all of my units moving. But I noticed that this made them not do their respective tasks for that move.
If anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it!!! It would save me hours every game. Thanks in advance!
