binkw32.dll error

i was doing so editing of units to my game messed something up, so that now i can not uninstall or reinstall it. add/remove programs dose not work. it give me an error saying that the bink32w.dll file is missing but i do know that it is there by doing a file search for it.
any help would be great.

I have a similar problem and have been posting for answers since Dec 11 - go to my thread in this forum (under `start up problems`) where you will see the various tips I have been given.

Unfortunatetly none have produceded the goods for me yet but I live in hope.
