Hey all, new here, but I need a little help. . .
See, I had stopped playing Pirates for awhile, and just got back into it again, except I've noticed something strange: there's absolutely no sound at all. I checked the options menu and saw that all the sound was turned down, so I turned it back up and continued playing. Still no sound, so i checked the options again and saw that the sliders reset themselves back to zero. I did this several times, and then checked the ReadMe which told me pretty much so switch my speakers, but my speakers were playing the sound fine before. Also, forgot to mention, I can't do the dance scenes at all: the game crashes.
Anyway, i checked the game files, and saw that ALL of the game music was deleted: I don't know how, I don't know why, but it is. Strange thing is, is that all the other sound files are present, but they refuse to play in the game because the options menu won't let me turn the music up. So, I decided maybe I should uninstall the game, re-install it and the files would be re-installed too, right?
But. . .I was wondering. . .is there anything else I can do? Or has this happened to anyone else?
