Not yet- but there's no reason why it can't be.

I just have to update it- which I'll do sometime soon.

(Far too long since I did any FFH 2 modding... I had some ideas but not nearly enough time).

And... now it's compatible with patch o.

Released version 1.21- essentially consisted of a few minor Python tweaks (the changes made since patch m to CvSpellInterface.py) to make it compatible. No changed functionality.
