Blue Screen errors

Hi
i played Civ4 (with BTS) for years without problems
Now i upgraded my PC, reinstalled everything (patching everything) and cannot play for more than few minutes before the program crashes with "Blue Screen error"
I'm starting to get desperate, what can i do?

Do you get the BSOD (Blue Screen O' Death) when you use the computer for anything else? Perhaps when you are taxing the CPU or graphics card? It could be an overheating or RAM problem.

EDIT: What is the error message when you get the BSOD?
