Blured Video

when i try to load Civ4 using the latest patch the ATI Render error is fixed now however if i try to play a map size of hudge ( happens at hudge more offten) and sometimes smaller the video or graphics blurs and mess's up any one have any idea on how to fix this the video card im using is an ATI Radien x700 Series AGP with 256megs of Video ram

ok i figured out the problem with this... i decreased the AGP Apurture size in the BIOS from 256meg to 4m granted you could proulby set it at 32m but that apears to be the problem with this bug
