BNW issues

Im trying to start up Brave New World on steam after having downloaded but within the first few seconds, it ask me fullscreen or window and before i can even select one, it tells me that it has quit unexpectedly. Im playing on a mac if that makes a difference. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, do you know how to fix it?

Try to check files in the library. Under first-day loads downloaded files are sometimes corrupted.

How do i check files in the library lol?

If I were to delete the expansion, then try to re-download it, do I have to pay for it again?

No paying for it again. You can trying verifying your cache. Its one of the options somewhere in the menu when you right click on the game in steam.
