Is bombardment affected by terrain. i.e. is it more effective on plains than mountains etc. Also does range make any difference, is artillery as effective from two tiles away as from one tile?
Not sure about terrain but I've had catapults get hits on knights (unfortified) in mountains. As for artillery I'm pretty sure it's equally effective at any range, although somebody with more experience might correct me.
