Hi all,
I've purchased CIV 4 the day it was released. I like the game a lot, and noticed that it is available for purchase on Steam.
I would much rather have the game on Steam, as it means I don't have to have the DVD in the drive. I'm onto my 2nd DVD, as the original broke while taking it out of the box.
(and being in Australia, it is just as cheap to buy a new copy than to get it replaced)
Anyways, is it possible trade in my DVD copy for the Steam version? I would like to buy Warlords and the upcoming expansion, but am holding off in case I can get them on Steam too.
If I can't get my copy of Civ 4 on Steam, can I still get the expansion packs on steam? Would it work with having the DVD version on vanilla Civ 4, and then buy the expansions over valves digital distribution tool?
Thanks
