BREAKING AN alliance?!?!?! I CAN'T!

I have a game with one of my friends with no computer players left and I can't seem to break the alliance with him. I've tried attacking, stealing, poison, sabotage. EVERYTHING and he won't break it with me diplomatically so am I screwed or what? IT is very frustrating.

Hmmm, interesting dilemma. I'd hold back for a couple of turns, precharge all my engineers (to ensure rapid movement to all his cities), build a surplus of spies ... and then go on a "suitcase offensive". Multiple mushroom clouds and a lot of skulls lying around should get his attention. ...

and dispite the fact that I have 100 units we probably have about the same number of spys, its a stupid situation to be in

Sounds like your in Democracy or Republic. Try changing government to Communism and than attacking your ally.

so what your saying is that your friend wont battle you? lol... i would use lots of spys and walk in and set off nukes in his country...
