I may set to work on a medieval Portuguese town set in the following days.

Up to now i have only modeled a couple of houses, and the Torre de Bellem:

You can suggest other monumental buildings for the set (4 more in fact) and house types might be of help too. Walls, if they are anything particularly striking, could be of use as well :)

Medieval, huh? Well, the Tower of Belem is late medieval but I guess it still fits. And it's really the best monument, the medieval portuguese didn't build many impressive ones. But you got the tower the wrong way around: the bastion is pointing towards the river, the tower is by the land.

As for other monuments, I suggest at least one monestary, of those there were plenty build. Batalha should be the best one, but (being gothic) probably hard to model. You may want to use Alcobaça instead. The circular medieval church of the Convent of Christ would be even better.

You can also throw in a castle or a big keep.
