Set in the year 2045, the Arc, a green self-sufficient floating city out in the middle of one of Earth's oceans, mysteriously lost contact about 20 years ago with the rest of the planet. It is running out of resources, and various areas have fallen into disrepair and slums, as 1000s of refugees are forced to live in the slums since there is nowhere else to go (global warming having melted the icecaps and much of the earth is now flooded).
There will be two campaigns, the Resistance (slum dwellers who believe the Security Forces are hording resources that should be shared equally) and Security (who are trying to maintain law and order and preserve the city's very limited resources). You can play offline without any internet connection, or online with other players. Platforms: PC, PS3 and xbox360.
It looks pretty neat, hopefully it won't feel dumbed down due to the consoles.
