Broken Star: game doesn't end

I should've won a domination victory by now, but this doesn't happen.

In addition, when I hover over my name on the bottom right it doesn't show anything (so also not my score). And in the victory screen I don't see how many active nukes I have, while I did see that before.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the save.
2. Hover over my name ("Matrix").
3. Check the victory screen.
4. End the turn and observe: no victory.

This save seems weird indeed - but may I suggest asking a mod to move this report here? with the patch reportedly being almost done Firaxian's might not be visiting this place currently...
The save does behave as described on my computer as well and since there are no error messages I suspect that for some reason the game does not check for victory...
