I'm having trouble with my new laptop today with two accounted BSODs and it all happened while playing BTS.

If someone needs more info, post please. I'll gladly give my system specs.

I've attached a crash dump file below.

I did a quick google and there's lots of moans about this on tinternet.

Sounds like a duff driver, page fault in non-paged pool seems to be the common complaint, sounds like they are accessing paged memory when the IRQ (interrupt request) level is too high to allow paging (e.g. during an interrupt service routine).

Removing memory sticks may help. Check the driver is up to date.

The crash error is in the dump file and I don't know how to open the dump file. I don't have any external memory sticks.

I get a "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" error and before that happens the sounds loop again and again.

Here's the worst part, I ran cIV:bts today, played for an hour, then my laptop suddenly shut itself down without any BSOD and/or error messages. I checked the event logs and it says that "The previous system shutdown at 11:49:30 AM on :)6/:)5/:)2010 was unexpected." >.<

Get a refund

It's been way over seven days now (maximum time for refund/exchange here) so it's out of the question.

Maybe I'll buy a new rig, that should theoretically solve my problem.
