BTS crashing on loading map

I got Civ4 + Warlords + BTS
while the first 2 working just fine, when it comes to BTS it crashes on map loading
with a simple windows error (application must be closed)

What version is BTS patched to? Is this a normal in-game map, or is it a map (mod) from an external source, like "Perfect World"?

EDIT: By newest game version, do you mean 3.19?
