Excuse me if I am asking a repetitive question on the forum. Could I ask whether the BTS patcher from Firaxis (for example the 3.13 patch) does actually update the SDK source files as well?
For some reason, it has not been easy for me to prove that the CPP files and the headers in my BTS installation are actually the latest build of BTS. There don't seem to be any version numbers commented in the files themselves!!? That can't be very good practice don't you agree?! Matter of fact the only version numbering I can find is buried in the credit's about menu on the main game interface, and the numbers don't appear to include 3.13!
Is there a central repository for these files on the server somewhere I should be referencing or should I simply trust that the patch updates the SDK to latest version?
