Just in case anyone was wondering, no problems that I can see. Tested on a 2010 15" MBP.

Didn't expect otherwise, but nice to hear it all the same.

I'm more bothered that the new Mac Pro doesn't have a SuperDrive, meaning we'll have to purchase a stand-alone if we want to play BtS.

[EDIT: Like I have any hope of affording one anyway...]

I just used the native disk image function to put the game on my new MBP. Works great.

One quirk: If I zoom OUT too far, the entire screen breaks into very odd graphic artifacts. Can't figure it out. Plus, it's rather crash, so I save a lot.

I get this too. Similar problem with the minimap at times too. Problem started with Lion though, not Mavericks. Can be avoided by playing in windowed mode (which I find much more stable overall really).

OscarWildeBeast, I'm trying to remember now how I did it. I found the solution on a mac forum fairly easily. And I am NOT super techy. It worked the first time. I was worried I'd nned to lug the superdrive around with me, but no. And it's worth it because the 16 MB of DRAM really make game play faster and smoother.

This is one way.
