BtS3,.13 City captured without being attacked

Hi, I've been having problems exiting BtS and there's a thread going on this at the mo (Machine reboots itself on exiting ...)

After saving a BtS game, I later turned the machine off last night without actually exiting the game and have a strange bug: when i capture an opponent's city another one falls simultaneously without being attacked.

I've zipped a before and after a stack takes Arpinium and as you'll see Arretium also falls in sympathy in the 1987b save.

V odd. I also saved before taking Arretium, exited properly and reloaded and the result was the same.

this is a known bug in 3.13 - install Bhruic's unofficial patch for 3.13 and your are good

Sorry, I should have checked first.

I had installed the diplo screen but not the dll. Will do so now.
