[bug] 3.2 - unique zulu promotions

any unit with the unique zulu promotions loses them upon being upgraded. Tested and this does not occur in vanilla.
tested with spear, pike, swords, longswords

That's very strange... hrm, wasn't as simple as I thought. I'll investigate further.

Edit: There were 2 bugs with the same promotions; I had solved one but not the other. I fixed the other bug now, did some testing, and it appears to be okay again for v3.2.2. Shaka's one of my favorite leaders so I want to get him working.
