Funny bug today: the tooltip in the screenshot means: "Ramkham declares war to (!)"
i.e. the Aztecs ghosts ;-) (Moctezuma was swept out by Darius!)

Also agreements to go war with X in 10 turns are not cancelled by X's extinction. You still have to go through the charade of declaring war on the dead AI (not sure what happens if you default) and see a bunch of messages about your CS allies declaring war on "".
