Not sure if this is a bug, but it sure does seem wrong -- I was able to convince someone to join in a war, and one of the conditions of the agreement was to trade Rice for Iron (I know, the AI got the better part of the deal). Well, the AI lost the city connected to the Rice, but I cannot cancel the deal! (I don't think it has been 10 turns, but the AI cannot make good on his end of the bargain so the deal should be cancellable)

I can't figure out how to upload -- but I can send the screenshot upon request.

I can't see the screenshot. Bear in mind the AI may have had more than one rice supply, and unless they lost all of them the deal won't be severed (even if the AI has only one supply left).

That is an open borders trade, not a war trade. You cannot use resources in trades that start a war.

You have to wait the full 10 turns before you can cancel this trade. Check your cities, are you getting the rice?

The actual bug might be that you get rice even though he does not own it any more.

More likely, he is giving you his only rice now. Go into worldbuilder (control-w) and check.
