When razing enemy cities: city reaches population 1, then population 0. The "Raze" feature turns automatically off. If I click the "Raze" button -- nothing happens. Research goes into negative (is based on population).
The only solution I found was to grow the city to pop 1 again (quite difficult when in a middle of a massive invasion) and then hit "Raze".
It MIGHT have to do something with Academy tile improvements being present in (or adjacent to) the city radius.
