bug? glitch?

i was playing as the myoshi in Sengoku, and i won by domination and the movie came up. then the screen went to this. is this normal?

How is this a bug? It seems more like a feature that lets you play after you win. A good feature.

No, I don't think that should happen, but then again I have never beaten Sengoku (or tried, for that matter).

That is normal when you don't use the default resolution, nothing to worry about.

Not exactly. But you can tell Civ3 to use the current resolution. Check out this post for more information.
