Forgive me if this is the wrong forum I just have a simple question. I recently installed that mod and my customized music no longer works. Is this a known bug or is there an option which needs to be turned on in the mod options?

Did you install BUG as a standalone mod or to CustomAssets? And the same question regarding how your custom music was setup.

I'm fairly certain I installed it as a standalone mod. I installed it as the mod instructions directed. As for my music I just set aside a folder with some mp3s and clicked on the custom music toggle in the audio options.

Try pressing Ctrl+M. That should enable/disable the music.

It's playing the default music, but I'll try that when I get home tonight.

It did play the customized music initially. It was only when I looked in the mod options then returned to playing the game that it switched back to the default music. I have tried to change the music back to the customized folder but keeps going back to the default.

Are the mod options somehow superceding the standard game options?

I don't think BUG should try to overide any options about music settings. Unfortunately I don't have my computer for a few weeks so I can't help you sorry.

That's pretty weird. I've never tried any custom music myself so I don't know the mechanics of it. Do you have any other mods installed and do they work with the custom music or do you get the same thing with them? You can also try asking in the BUG forum (see link in my sig) and/or ask a moderator to move this topic there.

The only other mod I run is that Smart AI mod.

Thanks. I think that I will try to move this topic.

I'm not sure why BAT 1.1 has it's own AUDIODEFINES file in
C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\My Documents\My Games\Beyond The Sword\Mods\BAT Mod 1.1\Assets\XML\Audio

I had to rename the AUDIODEFINES file and use my own because I added MP3's to different eras.

Is there a reason BAT 1.1 has it's own AUDIODEFINES file? Are there any changes to it from Vanilla?
