When running Modbuddy for the first time it asks for Administrative priviledges.
It then proceeds to the "Perform Updates - Page 1 or 1" page.
Inputting the "Civilization 5 Path" is straightforward. This is in "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\sid meier's civilization v" for me.
But the "Civilization 5 User Path" defaults to the Administrators document directory. This is no good as I am running on Vista and Administrators do not play games only Users do
So how do I select my Users directory for Modbuddy?
Do I need to run the game once as Admin? If so, can I change the directory at a later state to my User account?
Edit: Solved
This can be solved by first running Modbuddy under the Admin account. It will then go in and update the paths. Then, when running as a standard user account, Modbuddy will automatically set the User directory to Custom under Options->Civilization 5->General.
