Is there anything other than Angkor Wat and Aesthetics that gives a global influence boost to all known city-states? I had both. Several turns later (after discovering another CS), all known citystates got another 40 influence boost, which secured all of my city-state alliances for the rest of the game practically. I was the only player affected by this. There was no quest that gave me a boost with any CS when this occured.
Is there something I'm overlooking related to the discovery of new citystates? I'm still somewhat new, but this is the second time I've encountered this.
