Building and drafting?

Ok i got like a bunch of cities just producing wealth. So I decided to have like 5 cities build all modern armor .Saying that all 5 will be done in 1 turn well 1 turn later. It says it made all 5 for each city but the modern armor aint there. Plus i can only draft like from 2 of my 60 cities ? WTH? I installed the latest patch for ptw 1.27 still didnt fix it .

You can only draft from a city size 7 or bigger.
Do you have rally points from those cities?

All my cities are bigger then 7, what this rally point ur talking about?

If you don't know what a Rally Point is, you probably aren't using one.

You can specify where units built automatically go when created: a "Rally Point".

How many units do you already have? Is it possible that between you and the AI you have hit the 4096 max units in the game?

Maybe the Ai hit that limit for me. America is a super power with loads of modern armor.So is China and me who cant hardly build anything .Stuck in the middle how do I find out the total units in my game? and how do u set a rally point?

Most probably you already figured this out by yourself, but you will do that by right-clicking on one of your cities and then select "rally point" from the context menu. Then place the cursor to the location you want your new units to move to and watch and be pleased
