Building aviable after any civ builds a specific wonder?

First of all, I know nothing about LUA, but is it possible to make a building aviable when any civilization builds one specific wonder? For ex. Civ1 builds wonder and now Civ1 and all other civs can build a building. If yes, and if it isn't hard, can somebody post a code? I'd be eternally grateful.

See "Unique Buildings - Bull Ring" it does most of what you want.

Spain can't build Bull Rings (UB version of Colosseum) until they have built their National Wonder variation of the Circus Maximus.

Yeah but it only applies to one civ, and I would like to have it like this:

One of the civs builds Wonder The Internet. After this, all other civs on the map can build Building Internet Connection.

As I said, I don't know anything about LUA.

And as I said, it does most of what you want.

If you apply the logic in the mod to a World Wonder you can easily achieve that effect.

then you can't, sorry, but learning lua is not so hard.

I tried to learn LUA some time ago but it's just too hard. Well, it looks like I have to forget about this wonder. Thanks anyway!
