BULL display problem

Hello, BULL does not display it's features properly when I try to run it, such as:

The TXT_KEY... stuff. It seems to work when I run BAT, but not BUG+BULL

Same problem, exactly that made me not use BULL as i couldn't fix it and was too lazy to search for solution, but now i really want to get it to work. Unlike the two of you i seem unable to find the solution in the Bug reporting thread.
