Is it anyway I could prevent this, using the editor? I think it's rather silly that a civ could just burn down a large city to the ground. If you did that, at least all other civs should be angry, it's no better than using nuclear weapons I think.
If you look at it this way: when burning down the city, killing all those thousands of civilians, should be some kind of war crime, almost worse than anything happened IRL
Allthough I think it should be possible if it is in ancient times or a small city size 1 or something, but a larger city with much more people should cause international incidents and war all over. I think killing all those people is just as bad as Holocaust or something, perhaps even worse, you could kill millions this way in the game. All in all, I think killing civilians, with bombardments or nuke or burning down, should cause some kind of incidents.
So if anyone know how to prevent this is anyway? What if Firaxis would make a new wonder called Human Rights or something that would prevent civs from using this option when capturing a city.
