Because I'm going to be monkeying around with a lot of mods and putting together something of my own I've been creating a spreadsheet with every value from the default rules in it. Here's what I have so far...
Each tab in the editor has its own page in the file. I figure this way it'll be easier for me to keep track of what change I've made and go back if I fubar things. Anyway, hopefully this will be of some use to some one out there.
It's an Excell Workbook. Made it with Office XP but it should open in earlier versions.

EDIT: Got a bunch more tabs done. Nearly finished!!
EDIT2: Finished! I still have to do some formatting to make it look nice but the data is all there.
