C3C PBEM – Simplistic WWII Europe

Thanks Luthor for changing the leadername. Otherwise it would give us another perspective on the game to come (brother of Adolf? ;) ).

No govermental changes.
Because the Axis had the Blitzkrieg we should be overwhelmed the first turn. But for playing it's fine if we only let the Axis go to war against Poland.

OK, so what about this rules:

- no Government change for the first 26 turns (1/2 year). IF we're still playing then we can re-evaluate the situation.

- No fighting on Turn0 except in the Polish area... or accidental sub encounters off course.

sounds fine by me. :)

I've made the biq changes.

Navy - I've made some changes, but the interesting thing is that the settings (BB with 18/12 and DD with 12/8) were the same as the standard conquests game.

Settlers - Cost of 240. A bit lower but still expensive.

Leader - I didn't see anything wrong with the British name... but maybe I corrected it before and forgot about it...

I have sent the email with the addresses and the new biq file.

Drendor... whenever you are ready...

I´m playing Germanys turn right now.

Germany doesnt seem to have rubber hooked up from start and therefore cant build infantry or tanks/panzers. Was this intended?

You'll have to find some rubber or trade for it.

I think that Germany,Russia,France and Britain should be able to build infantry and tanks from the beginning of the scenario.

Historically Germany was able to produce synthetic rubber out from coal so I see no reason for it from this point of view either.

You have lots of tanks in the beginning (probably more than Germany actually did in 1939) unlike the Allies in general.

Besides, if you look closely at the map you might find an 'easy' rubber source nearby...

Drendor, were u able to finish the turn?

Botman, the only thing available would be Poland if Spartaca didn't mind... a true challenge!

This morning polish forces have attacked a german border station.
We always strived for peace and only wanted to include the german speaking population of Danzig into the german reich.

We cant tolerate this polish aggression and since 4:00 this morning we are returning fire and we will not stop until the warmongering polish foes have been defeated.

One panzerarmy defeated infantry in Danzig and occupied it

1 panzerarmy killed two polish inf in Warzaw and 1 panzer div killed the remaining arty thus capturing the city

The last panzer army defeated polish inf in Krakow and occupied the city.

German destroyer sank polish sub outside Danzig.

No combat elsewhere as agreed upon earlier.
