The Anglo Saxons have landed on our shores. We lost 2 Marauders attacking the stack and only slightly injured a couple of the invaders.
In southern Gaul near Rutupiae Celtic heavy cav. attacked Anlo Saxon heavy cav. Five Anglo Saxon heavy cav. perished while three Celtic heavy cav. and one Marauder were lost.

After years of peaceful coexistence repeated attacks on our neighbours have convinced the war mongers on council to wage war on the evil doers - the Anglo's. The Vandals declare war on Anglo Saxon's.

GPS...my disk just needs tickling (or booting/swearing to...) to get it working! I don't recommend skating along a stone floor on it (I didn't know it was on the floor...honest!).

Army outside - lost maurauder and warlord and chased the army off with only one hit left dang it!

Rutupiae - lost HC

SoD landing - lost 5 HC and killed a warlord

Vandals
Eileben - killed HC and warlord, enslaved one. Chased off HC.

A marauder volunteers to join the ranks - no losses

An Anglo Saxon marauder and warlord outside Eboracum are attacked and defeated. No Celtic losses just injuries. The city is still in Anglo Saxon hands though.
Further south down the coast a second Anglo Saxon landing party is attacked. A heavy cavalry and a warlord are defeated and marauder enslaved by Celtic forces. No losses to the Celtic forces.
In southern Gaul near Rutupiae the Anglo Saxon forces besieging the town are attacked. One heavy cavalry and Ralph? are defeated. One heavy cavalry retreats. No Celtic losses. The catapults outside the city are still in Anglo Saxon hands as we ran out of attacking units.
The Celtic invasion force pillages the Anglo Saxon lands.

The Siege of Eiselban

Bombardment of the city commences as forces move into position.

An Anglo Saxon and Vandal warlord meet to discuss the finer points of swordplay ... and the Anglo learns the the sharp end of the pointy sword is something to be avoided. His loss though results in a GA for the Vandal empire.

All was looking good in the kingdom until someone named Brittany Spears decided to impale herself on a Dr Phil. Who knew?

The Anglo Saxons have been defeated by the combined war effort.
