I have a question: Am I correct if I assume that all initial cities are considered European territory and cannot be attacked? This includes Ceuta, Madeira, Canary Islands, Azores and Cape Verdi Islands right?

The game is running. I sent my turn on July 8, and got confirmation later that day that he had received.

Dangit, my fault. I mistakenly sent the game to somebody else and asked him to send me a reply when he got it. He sent me that reply that he got it. One would think he would have told me that the game wasn't supposed to go to him, but I guess not. Anyway, sorry for the mistake. I just sent the game to RJ.
