nope I played it today, sorry I was busy during the week.
However, let me say that this game is becoming a little pointless to me. When I have to face armies of 8.8 with 5.5 units and look at Spain defending their cities with Soldados (3.4) the game interest drops by far. Sure an Imperial Guard costs 150 and a Janissary costs 90, but when the Imperial Guard has more than 50% more strength of my best unit that difference in cost is absolutely meaningless... even if Imperial Guard costed twice a Janissary, still 2 Janis. won't kill 1 Guard, hence well... that's how it is anyhow *shrug*

Copenhagen captured (empty)
Attacked Vejle - bombarded, Killed 12 defending units, captured 4 cannon and captured the city. Lost 6 Guards.
I don't really appreciate the British player using the illegal "goto" command on his ships that were in Copenhagen to get of reach of my ships by taking advantage of the doubled movement at the end of a round of turns (even though they lose the movement in their next turn).

I don't remember doing that but sorry, if I did that it was not intentional.
Anyway I can escape your ships easily. My ships have 5 movements, yours have 3.

Mail was refused by Onedreamer's ISP so sunk 4 transports off Valencia (albeit too late). Lost SoL vs SoL.
Dented some of his janissaries.
Indeed French troops are better but France has a lot more fronts than the Ottomans and artillery can defeat any troop anyway.

I don't really agree on the fronts, Ottomans have 3 fronts against human players as well as France.
Anyways, thanks to an exploit of british batteries, the Ottomans achieved another victory in north Italy, defeated 4 Imperial Guards and liberated several more british batteries. According to the plans of turkish generals, Turin should be ottoman for the olympic games in 2006.

I watched Finland-Germany female hockey on Saturday and this evening I'll be watching figure skating. I caught a cold on Sat though

Major battles against Amsterdam and against the Ottoman stack in Spain. Lost 1 guard and 5 voltigeurs, mostly poor conscripted young men.
The english lost 5 redcoats and 2 guards while the Ottomans lost 8 janissaries and 4 sipahi.

won some battles on the Alpes and retreated what is left of the spanish liberation army... *sigh* Spain will be liberated another day.

The Russians liberated poor Skagen from the English monsters. 1 Lifeguard and 1 redcoat regiment were bombarded and the killed and any survivors were given to the local inhabitants to "render justice upon them".

I hope the justice was slow, long and painful !
Spanish area :
killed 4 sipahi, 1 janissary and captured 3 grand batteries (for once !) near Zaragossa.
Sunk a Spanish SoL, lost 1.
English are approaching after the constant attacks from the Spanish and the recent Ottoman SoD.
North :
killed wandering English redcoat.
Alps :
Killed sipahi and janissary near Turin, liberate 2 workers.
Failed to kill other sipahi in the mountains and lost 5 voltiguers (!) trying to do so...
