[C3C/PTW] Return to 15 day staggered starts?

This may have been answered somewhere but will the game of the month competitions return to their 1st and 15th staggered availability/due dates soon?

It is my desire, but RL is really working me over right now. I should get COTM74 out tonight, and GOTM105 in the next week ('cause I'm out on vacation for two weeks starting next weekend.)
