Calculator

I have condensed the PC and MAC versions of the calculator using some browser sniffing. The URL for the new calculator will be http://gotm.civfanatics.net/games/calculator.php. The SHTML version will be left up for some time to redirect to the new calculator, but will not be maintained unless significant problems with the new calculator pop up.

This has only been tested in a very limited fashion on MAC systems so far. If any of you run into any problems with it please let me know.

Also I would like to highlight here that the calculator can be accessed from the left menu in almost all of the GOTM website pages now.
