people can apply in lancre for receiving weaponry baught of that money if they can proove not to be able to aford buying it themselves.
if the money is not used, it will flow completely into the victory party when the crusade is sucessfully finished.

GM: just RPG. the RPG is not to influence the real game.
troop moovement is discussed in military department thread.
i proposed to civgeneral asociating every regiment with a swordman. so the regiments can be defeated or can win fights.
this would lead us to propably 9 regiments, and if we combine the swordmen in 2-packs, it would be 5 regiments. we could also assign the other volunteers for the crusade to squadrons which belong to a regiment.

As the decission of leadership and creation of regiment, also the naming of those will be done by civgeneral as the military leader.

I do not trust our other neighbors any more than the Aztecs, so I will be remaining behind to watch over our nation. I will, however, offer a 20% discount for all crusaders wishing to purchase arms and armor until after the turn chat during which we declare war (probably the next one).
