@Grandmaster - There is also 900g in the Crusade account. That was earmarked for the celebration if it wasn't used equipping the Crusaders. Since we didn't equip the Crusaders we've got one heck of a party coming up.

Dis - sounds good to me. I can feed 20 comfortably in the dining room, then there's the sitting room and the Hot Springs. So we'll have that "at-home" ease with plenty of elbow room. I'll handle the steaks, you handle the drinks.

How much would this cost at your site for lets say 20 citizens?
The drunken orgy for 20 costs 600 gold... for the drinks.

So maybe we need some more money to do it really exclusive

OK, so far the general concept is(?):

Location: Cattleman Steakhouse
Food: Cattleman
Drinks: Rebel Pub "Orgy"

If it exceeds our 900g reserves, I'll front whatever cost is leftover. Also, maybe we could organize a minor tourney type of thing, perhaps only a High Joust and Melee?

Now that would be perfect, but i think we already have one going this week. So what about just extending the existing tournament for the moment?
I propose we keep it with that tournament (remember we wont gain experience with 2 events in the same week) and have these festivities during the tournament -)
So cyc, please go forward and write up an invitation for the event.

I now decide for the pub:
The pub will deliver an unlimied amount of drinks (flat-rate) of the "drunken orgy" type for 600 gold.

I would prefer keeping the events at Lord Octavian's Palace, with perhaps the exception of Archery. Of course with 20 or so victorious warriors drinking whatever, whenever...maybe Archery wouldn't be such a good idea. Maybe a prize for who gets the most wrinkled in the Hot Springs?

Well, what would be a good day? Shall we make it Monday, in honor of our Veteran Warriors? Shall we say 1800 GMT? If this date and time is good, let me know, and I will post an official invitation in the Bavarian Smokehouse thread.
