Calling all governors

Phobos and Deimos are pretty much up to date, and looks like Europa has some basic stuff up as well.

I'd love it if there could be an update of Luna and possibly Europa as well. I've not seen a post about Trition, but that would be good, too. The city in Trition to watch for is Beijing. As it is the Shake's city, I've been trying to boost production there as much as possible to support a good deal of troops in the filed.

Finally, with the new Mongol cities, will we need yet another province?

When we conquer more of the mongol core cities we will probably need a new province for that area. The reason why Triton is not updated is simply that the province currently lacks a governor. Time prevents me from taking responsibility for a third province, so it has to be someone else. Could perhaps Civ1-addict be persuaded for the task, once you get your MGE in order

I´d like to take the opportunity to encourage the rest of you to participate in the discussions about Phobos and Deimos. My suggestion to rush-build offshore platforms in most of our island cities (Kevholm, Becka-Becka and all cities in Deimos) would be quite expensive and input from the rest of you would be very nice. Do you want to go through with it or do you think it is unnecessary and too expensive?

For Triton, perhaps even Dell or Elibb would care to volunteer to take a second province. I can handle the Mongol territories if you wish until we get more cities.

I agree with your plans on the offshore platforms. Absolutely think that they are worth it for cities that have a good deal of water tiles. Kevholm, Becka-Becka, and Dellville come to mind immediately. Many others - as Spice mentions in Deimos - would also count it as a nice addition.

I have NO worries getting these up and running. The nature of the cities where they're needed is that productioin is low to begin with. Given that, I can see putting some money into several of these to hurry them along.

I think that some of the cities in Triton will benefit as well. I'd like to build a decent military production base out of these cities (with Shake's being in Beijing), so platforms, factories, and things like aqueducts, harbors and sewers will be key in this area.
