In Terra Fantasia, I would like the 5 Religious Civs to each have their own, singular (and varying) GW called, "Liturgy."
I would like to avoid the possibility of one Civ building 2 of these - and, if so, having the "eliminated" one be given the chance of being rebuilt by another Religious civ.
