I like most of the new aspects of Civ 6 but I hate the sieges - the AI can't handle them and they're frustrating for me when I try to conquer cities. Is there anyone who can mod the game so that cities have no blue fortification bar and only have the green health bar beneath it? It should be pretty simple - take away the defense boost from Steel and remove the outer defense bonuses given by all types of city walls, but I don't know how to edit data files myself.
