Can Someone please help me get mods to work with Gold Edition?

I really want maybe A guide for how to convert mods to work with Gold Edition cause I dont really think going and buying BTS seperately is a reasonable solution

Have you ever been able to get any mods to work with the Gold Edition? I have been trying and posting for several months, but have had no luck.
