Can someone please bring back the radio tower from civi3, I know how to edit game files but i have no idea how to make a new improvement.

I want it so i can see whats on its way to free up my units. Right now i have to put units on sentry duty and wait and hope i'm not to far away from where they might invade where as if i had the radio towers it free's up them units so i can build them up ready for an attack
