Can we also give Candi +1 Food?

I think I requested this before. Garden has +1 Food. Why doesn't Candi?

The tooltip doesn't have it, and I tested this in game and it does not give 1 Food.

I also cant figure out what Jelling Stones does.

It loses 1 culture in comparison to Heroic Epic. (Really...? Is that intended?)
It gains the ability to be built without barracks...

Jelling Stones has lost a lot of value due to exploration. It is a heroic epic that can be built without the barracks as a requirement. The point was to make it easy to get the +20% bonus on units, since on high difficulty you rarely have time to make a barracks in each city. Plus it has an engineer slot.

Exploration has a policy that gives free barracks in each city in addition to a bunch of other free buildings making it easy for any civ to get the heroic epic.
