Can we change the Submarine ranged-attack animation?

The animation for submarines bombarding land units is the same as for nuclear attacks.

It's long and anti-climactic. Can we change it to a cruise missile or something?

Are there any cruise missiles at all? I haven't even seen any Mobile SAM gameplay yet. Did they take the Mobile Sam out?
