I kinda fixed my problem so I have did my best to shorten up my posts
 
My suggestion, write or call, see my sig. Emails and threads are easier to ignore than phone calls and letters.

I'd suggest writing to the corporate office of the place you bought the game from as well and explaining the situation, as well as reccomending they stop carrying Firaxis games.

And...sorry, but it's "OUR" computers.

Um I get graphical errors, snow, artifacts, white beans that run north and south on my screen, a consistant loss of performance , slows that lead to CTD and hardlocks which then I got to manually shut down.
