Can we get a sub-forum for multiplayer-capable mods?

I know there's only one multiplayer-capable mod as far as I know, but it would be good to have a section for multiplayer mods to increase the awareness of them and encourage mod-makers to make their mods multiplayer-capable.
 
I was kind of wondering if a sub forum for GMR games might make sense. But then, I wouldn't
want them to be harder to find. Maybe the MP forum here was slow enough that they've just added activity rather than swamping the place.
 
I would totally agree with you here :D.
GMR is the only thing which really creates some activity here, and it's nice :).
If there'll ever be a bigger community for life games, or if Firaxis ads the Pitboss option at some point (just hoping), then it might make sense, but at the moment...don't think so.
 
Thanks J:) Has anyone tried these mods like the 6 new civs one?? Do the civs have special units and abilities???? Does everyone in game need to have it like dlc????

New civs are attached to MONGOLS DLC so you have to check DLC MONGOLS during MP game configuration. All MP players have to install MPmod before game."

Oh cool! I'll have tohave my friends and I try that out! It works with G&K?
 
I mostly keep mentioning it everywhere because the community seems to be of the opinion that multiplayer mods don't exist. I don't personally think that MPMod is all that great, but it's a proof-of-concept that you can play modded multiplayer Civ.

I'd love to see some multiplayer fixes to the game to fix some of the larger abuses.
