Can you carry on after end game?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to carry on playing after the results scree comes up telling you if you have won or lost.I only ask this as there is a button blacked out saying something like"1 more turn".

You can continue playing unless the game ended due to max turns, in which case you can't.

Also, some victory conditions become unavailable. For example, you can build the Apollo Space Program and all the parts after you have won by another method, but you can't launch the ship. I'm unsure of the other victory conditions. I know about Space because I have accidentally won via Conquest the last two times I played.
