so, we all know Canada will never be brought into civilization. but regardless,
if Canada WERE to be featured in civ, what would its power and two thingies be? I am not sure of exact numbers but my best guess is:
A) cities connected to capital receive a culture bonus.
B) workers with tile improvement construction speed bonus.
C) world war one infantry with a bonus to starting XP.
why? A) we have tons of cities all over the place (sea to sea) but are still loaded culturally. its a culurte bonus not decreased policy cost because fo the border expansion. B) we exploded late in the game due to colonists, settlers and immigrants who eagerly cleared the land, farmed it, connected our cities and made industry happen overnight. C) we didnt win the wars, but our infantry, in fact our entire military, shone in both world wars and were largely considered to be elite by our allies and enemies. why an XP bonus? we were never good on any oneparticular field of battle, but instead excelled when trained for deliberate roles on specific occasions. Vimy Ridge and Dieppe are the most famous examples.
between the culture bonus and improvment bonus, i'd say the weight should fall on culture, its the most unique to canada.
now, I am wondering about science. I mean, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Canadian_inventions, not mention the Avro aero which, if it wasnt canceled, would have won us a game of civ
